1.The daily maintenance
The maintenance of the surface of the sieve, especially the fastening situation of the screen surface are included in the daily maintenance. The surface of the sieve should be cleaned regularly. As for the paint falls part, it should be repaired, rust removal and painted in time.
2.Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance includes weekly inspection and monthly inspection.
2.1 Weekly inspection: check the bolt of the bearing device, vibrator, screen surface, make sure it was fastened. Check the use of transmission device status and connection bolt locking situation, check the triangle tension, appropriate tension when necessary. A special attention should be payed is that whether the counter weight fixed on the flywheel is reliable, some accident can be occurred during the rotating, if it not be fixed steadily.
2.2 Monthly inspection: check the abrasion of the sieve surface, necessary measures should taken if there are some obvious abrasion, (such as replace the position), and retighten the sieve surface. Check the weld of the girder and beam when checking the whole screen, and scrutinize whether there is any localized crack. The bolt should be replaced if there is a gap or loose bolts and side plate were found when checking all the bolts of the screen box side plate.
