Circular Vibrating Screen

Introduction
Circular vibrating screen is a kind of inertia vibrating screen that has circular trace, generally composed of vibrating monitor, sieve body, screen, damping device, driving device and the bottom stand and etc. The lateral plate of the screen machine is made of high-quality steel plate, which is connected to the beam and the vibration exciter base by high strength bolt and annular rivet, making it rationally structured and strong and durable.
Circular vibrating screen has oblong screen surface installing on the straining box. The straining box and the screen surface drag the vibrator outward by common electrical machine, make sieve body do periodic reciprocating motion in the direction of exciting force and the material do circus or oval movement continuously on screen surface. The material layer is loose and tossed out the screen surface due to the screen surface vibration, which make granule materials drop through the bed of material and discharge through the sieve pore, at the same time shake the granule that get stuck in the sieve pore out. It not only plays a role of sieving but also makes the material forward for sieving.
