Introduction:
The gyratory vibrating screen is a standardization and fine screening equipment, the force generated from its driving device forms reciprocating inertia force by rotating of rotating axis of eccentric wheel, the screen box does forward and backward reciprocating motion under the inertia force, thus, the materials on the screen surface do directional spasmodic motion, the materials whose pore diameter is less than that of screen surface will fall down on the lower layer, and the materials whose pore diameter is greater than that of screen surface will do continuous rolling and jumping movement and then be discharged from discharge opening, completing screening operation.
Gyratory Vibrating Screen can be widely used for Urea, potash, fertilizer, activated carbon, pellet, ceramic powder, sugar, salt, starch, fireproofing material etc.
