Bucket elevator as one kind of vertical conveying equipment, is suitable for conveying powdery, granularity, and small block materials that no wear resistance or little wear resistance materials, such as : coal, cement, stone, sand, clay, ore, and so on, but there have been some problems in operating, in order to enhance the reliability and stability, please pay attention to below items:
1. Should start the bucket elevator in no-load. So shall empty all materials in every bucket before stopping, then can stop the equipment.
2. Shall not reverse. May cause the chain derailment if reversing, it will be a big problem to remedy this trouble.
3. Uniform feeding. Forbidding to increase the feeding quantity suddenly. The feeding quantity can’t exceed the conveying capacity of the bucket elevator. Otherwise will cause the materials of bottom accumulation, in very severe cases, will cause” blocking run”.
4. Shall add the lubricating oil timely in moderation.
5. Should replace the chain and bucket when they were worn badly.
