The ways of installing screening mesh of rotary vibrating screen

There are five ways of installing screening mesh for rotary vibrating screen products: single layer mesh, mother-son structure mesh, single layer with bouncing balls, mother-son mesh with bouncing balls, ultrasonic screening mesh.

1. Single layer mesh: is suitable for large size material, easy passing through the mesh and small bulk density materials, such as 4mm, 2mm size of granular compound fertilizer
2. Mother-son structure mesh: suitable for materials easy passing through the mesh but large bulk density materials, such as 60 mesh iron powder.

3. Single layer mesh with bouncing balls: suitable for not easy-passing through the mesh materials, bulk density is middle and the size is smaller than 150 mesh materials, such as aluminum powder: 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh. 4. Mother-son structure mesh with bouncing balls: suitable for the materials which is difficult to screen, large bulk density and the size is larger than 60 mesh, such as: silica sand of 60 mesh, 100 mesh, 150 mesh.

5. Ultrasonic screening mesh: suitable for the materials which is difficult to screen and the size is larger than 150 mesh materials, such as silicon carbide. One set of rotary vibrating screen can use multiple installing ways, such as: when the material is silica sand, the mesh size is 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 120 mesh, we can use single layer for 10 mesh screening, and use single layer with bouncing balls for 20 mesh and 40 mesh screening, use mother-son structure with bouncing balls for 120 mesh screening.
