It’s our second cooperation with this kind client this year , this time the client customized eight SS304 screws, and one complete set of SS304 screw conveyor, the max length of screw reach to 8520mm, as the client’s requirement, the thickness of the flight and shaft is 16 mm, and the customer required full welding to the blade too, it’s different to conventional domestic requirement, add increased the difficulty of welding, it’s also a challenge to our welding technician, finally we finished all products on time with best quality and performance under all workers’ efforts.
