Iron powder is a kind of metal powder, the consumption of the iron powder is about 85% in total metal powder, generally use 80mesh, 120mesh, 200mesh sieve to filter. The size range of 150-500μm iron powder is coarse powder, size range of 44-150μm is medium powder, 10-44μm is fine powder, 0.5-10μm is super fines, less than 0.5μm is ultrafine powder.
We suggest to use TCXZS series rotary vibrating screen (also called three dimensional vibrating screen) to do the coarse sieving. For high precision sieving, can use WQS Horizontal air classifier or YBS swinging vibrating screen. Scope of application for vibrating screen in iron powder production: can sieve any granule, powder, mucus, the sieving accuracy reach to 500mesh or 0.025mm. classification screening can sieve 1~5 layers, getting 2~6 classes’ classification or filtration.
