In order to ensure the production and efficiency, prolong the service life, should do the routine maintenance for the screw conveyor in operating.
(1) Shall add the lubricating oil to the bearing, gear, chain and other driving parts regularly.
(2) When stop the screw conveyor, shall check whether there is abrasion on the screw blade, should repair welding if severe abrasion.
(3) The conveying capacity shall not be overload, otherwise will cause the materials can’t be discharged , the shaft bent and box damaged.
(4) Should note the box’ extension and compression change, whether it’s free.
(5) The screw conveyor in operating, if any harsh noise, should check and repair.
